This coaching will allow the use of these practices to help the teams and the collaborators progress.

This program welcomes groups of 5 to 8 people and takes place in 3 steps:

  • 2 days on the team performance
  • 2 days on the individual performance
  • 1 day on the field shadowing

This training enables the analysis of dispersion of the team's or the collaborators' results in order to avoid a monolithic analysis of the results based on the averages.

The best practices will then be identifiable thanks to the identification of the good results.

The program is outlined as follows:

  • ½ day on the understanding of dispersion concepts
